Prayers for a Former Officer/ Friend

I have a friend named FRANK PALMS FRANCO1246 .


He is a former NYPD Officer (back in the 60's). He is a former University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Guard with th Police Department, and Fellow Patch Collector.

He is dying of Cancer.


Those of you who took PC NEWS, may know FRANK as a guest writer/ Photographer. I know that he has done articles for the Bellmead, Texas shows, The Lone Oak ( near San Antiono, Tx.) & a couple of national Shows.


As of this writing, I don't know how much time he has, but it doesn't sound good. Please Keep Frank & his Family in your thoughts & Prayers
