Does anyone use or knows of the existence of some sort of Windows based software that can be utilize to manage a critical incident, as it pertains to timelines, personnel and equipment inventory, scribe reports etc....I remember seeing something in a magazine maybe from the NTOA a few years ago, but can't seem to find it again.  Any help would be appreciated
