I've heard numerous things from many people regarding Trenton Police such as,  they are not hiring but laying off cops.  Also that you must live in Trenton to be a Trenton officer.  I litterally live within a stones throw of Trenton,  I guess its technically Hamilton although my zip may be considered Trenton.  I recently took the NJ LEE and passed but have not heard anything yet.  I suppose it takes some time.
