I just purchased a Kimber Warrior and a Surefire X200B, and I'm not finding too many good light bearing holsters for this weapon yet.  Whether it be a duty holster or a tactical drop-leg holster.  I like the Blackhawk Serpa holster, but Blackhawk seems to show favortism to Glock and makes a better selection for the Glock carriers.  I know blackhawk makes the "Omega VI" universal w/ light...but does it properly secure the thin frame of the 1911?  I have an Omega holster for my H&K USP (no light)...that has definetely served me well over the last 5 years.  I'm welcome to any advise!

Try the Safariland 6280. I carry a glock 35 with a tlr1 in one and love it.  I also have a 6280 for my sw1911pd with the tlr.  I think you will be more than satisfied witht he holster.

I've been carrying a Kimber w/ x200 for past year with the Safariland 6280.  Overall, I've been satisfied.  The biggest downfall I found is that the felt lining has begun to roll away at the edge from drawing and holstering.  Because of this, I'm on my second holster.  The first one was so bad that it began to slow reholstering.  My current 6280 appears to be holding up better.

Try blade-tech holsters I have one for my Glock 17 with the glock light and so far I am very satisfied.

Thanks for the advice!  I just got a new "Omega VI" holster for only $50, so I'm gonna try that out first.  If that doesn't work out, I've looked at the Blade Tech duty and drop-leg, and I'm pretty impressed.  I'll have to see how this one works out, and if it doesn't...I'll let people know, because I can't find any reviews on it.
