Now that I am the Team Leader, I am in charge of outfitting the team, and I need help with gear.  I am ordering BDUs, balaclavas, goggles and kneepads.  We already have helmets, vests, flex cuffs, radios, M4s and a combat shotgun. 

What else do I need?  What type of go-bag? What is a good not-too-expensive goggle?  And where is the best place to buy this stuff?  Most of what I am looking for is at either RangerJoes.com or Brigade Quartermasters.
