Posted almost 6 years ago Does anyone know if attaining an A.A. Degree on top of possessing a Basic P.O.S.T. ceritifcate, will make one a better candidate for hire versus not having any of those two? I've heard some agencies will hire without either. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago depends on the agency and what they require. Many will start you at a higher rate with a college degree. |
