This is a great question to always keep in the back of your mind. We have to deal with some very tough situations on a daily basis, and if we ask ourselves "What Would Jesus Do," then the decisions that we make will never need to be judged by anyone else.

I disagree, Jesus was very much judged by other people. And everything Jesus did was thought by other people, that he was lying and not as good as He really is! The nicer you are, the sweeter you are to people, the more heart you give to people, the more rational  you are, the more love you have,  is always looked upon as that there is something wrong with them. What did Jesus do about how He was treated by other people when all those people thought of him as a false character? He loved them more, and aggervated more people. He gave his life for us because his heart as so much love for us. The ultimate sacrafice is what Christmas is all about! He was born on Christmas, so they say, I heard he was actually born in Oct? Not too sure really! But he was 'born' on Christmas and his life is what we celebrate! His life is a beginning for us to see what Jesus' life really meant when he loved all the people so much. Even the people that spit in his face and called him nasty names. His heart never hardened with anger! I am sure it hurt his feelings but, he never got revenge!

Merry Christmas!

People always judge other people's actions. Its wrong but, they do.

Even if you make a decision you think Jesus would make, someone is going to be judging.

However, if the decision is what you think Jesus would do and it is the right thing then who cares what others think

and about their judgements?

Matthew 7:1 "Judge not, that ye be not judged."

What would Jesus do? It's a good question. Unfortunately so many have no real clue. The fact is you can strive all you want to do what Jesus would do and you will fall short. How can you achieve that, even as a MAN he had the MIND of GOD. Some days I feel I barely have a MIND. I think I'll set the bar at what Jesus said to do. Love God with all your heart mind and soul and Love your neighbor as yourself. I don't think I'm remotely qualified to make decisions based on what the Mind of God would think.

When people ask me what I do I tell them I'm a PROCTOLOGIST specializing in Rectal-Cranial-Ectomies.

Good post. I have asked myself that same question. I know what Jesus would do. He would show love, understanding, and compassion. When I am on my shift I try to do just that. Being human it's difficult at times but I am constanty reminded that He set the standard. I may never reach it until I make it to Heaven but I must strive to touch it's lowest denominator while a traveler in this life.

What I was simply trying to imply is that we won't have to worry about how our decisions are judged if simply do our best to do what Jesus would do. The only judgement that I am waiting for is the judgement of my Lord and Savior!!! Everyone else can feel free to cast the first stone if they feel they are worthy!

We are judged by the One who do something about it that controls our hearts and faith. Our decision are done by our spiritual maturity. Our earthly action have their issues, so keep the BIBLE in mind as you make the decision. We are not perfect and we will make mistakes, just remember the One who justifies is the One who judges from within. Its hard sometimes to understand it really takes a sit down conversation to really speak clearly on this subject. But I do agree with most of the postings here.

Have you even given thought to why Jesus was hated?

Jesus (in the flesh) was born after a 400 year God draught. During this time, no one received direct revelation from God. In response the Jews slowly developed a system of placing a ritual/legalist hedge around the law. The idea of not using God’s name at all came from this hedge. If you don’t say His name at all you can’t use His name in vain. The Pharisees were born out of this system became the keepers of this philosophy. The idea of no work on the Sabbath was taken out of context as well. When Jesus began preaching the Kingdom of God he ripped away everything that was held sacred by the Pharasitic Jews, but was welcomed by the poor and plain. Read Micah 6:8. Do you think Jesus answered this question with His life, His miracles, His death, and His resurrection?

Please be careful in the area being judged by others. Jesus never sinned but he was judged and put to death for crimes I committed, my sin was already known to God even then, yet He never cried out because of false judgments. You will be judged in this world both falsely and justly in everything you do. So instead of worrying about judgments, worry about service. Give a poor man knowledge so he may feed himself, give a hungry man a broom or a shovel so he may earn is bread, do what is right in the eyes of God. Don’t worry about being judged.

I believe that Jesus would always show love, have compassion and mercy, and comfort those in need, however Jesus is also just, and would do what was right no matter what,or no matter who judged him. He was always loving, yet strong enough to bring punishment on those deserving it,such as the money changers being cast out of the temple. He also had the unlimited capacity to be merciful to the woman at the well. Praise God !! The list goes on and on. What a mighty God, we serve.

Here is a great quote to go along with this:

It is easier to go downhill than it is to go up. But the view is much better from the top!
