| Posted about 3 years ago I must agree with the input of the moderators on the points they have made.We who have worn the uniform ,for oh so many years are alleged to be adult professionals.THere is a specific standard we should maintain. Not only is the public aware of this but our own conscience should dictate this to us. |

| Posted about 3 years ago BUMP! I am new to this site - my spouse is in law enforcement and I thought this would be a good place to learn about what goes on in their lives everyday. I was kind of shocked at the pictures some people post - like everyone said before there are many sites for that type of thing. LEO's need a place to "unwind" persay - with the everyday stresses of the job it would be nice to have a place to look at other LEO's "police related" photos and to get information and news of the profession from other brothers/sisters of law enforcement. Maybe this should be an LEO only site??? Thank you for all you do and may God keep you all safe! |

| Posted about 3 years ago Part of the purpose of this site is for non LE to interact w/ LE. It is what makes this site what it is. Having dorks post stupid pics and dorks posting stupid comments on stupid pics is an unfortunate bi-product of having as many people we have here and why we have the mods to keep it to a minimum. |

There are some pretty raunchy comments sites out there... the thing is to be selective. I several sites and when I find comments I like, I copy/paste to a draft folder. If I want only the individual to see it, just the image portion goes into a pm. Now.. what about the pouty cleaveage photos posted by many female members? It seems that many have disappeared, so I'm assuming that either the member removed them at staff request or staff removed them. There are other sites for photos like those. You've done a great job cleaning up the wall commments. Thanks.

| Posted about 3 years ago I spent most of my morning deleting comments from a certain females albums (at her request) from a male member that was apparently trying to get the 'hook up'. My patience is growing thin with this type of behavior and I'm about to come unglued. Guys, I'm going to tell you this straight up...I am about to start sanctioning people with no questions asked if this continues. We have been more than lenient. This tacked thread is in double digits, so you know the rules. Ignorance will no longer be a defense and this behavior will no longer be tolerated. If you don't stop, then I will stop you.....PERIOD. |

It is amazing to me what some people think is alright to comment..... you can be positive with your comments and as LE, although at times we are not the most tactful lot, we can hold ourselves to a higher standard than what some are.... Bump to your comments GTS197 |

| Posted about 3 years ago Big Time BUMP! I tell rookies the same thing. When it comes to forums like this or anything else that can be viewed by the public and/or supervisory personnel, watch what you post! Even if you think you have an "anonymous" screen name or account. Anything posted on the net is public domain and can bite you in the a#%. That said...how about just practicing decorum and decency. It really isn't that hard. Just imagine your MOTHER is reading what you post. MCSD says ...

| Posted about 3 years ago BUMP. As the saying goes, if you wouldn't want your mother (or wife, or kids) to see it, don't say it. ESPECIALLY for LEOs or aspiring LEOs; if you don't want to find yourself in the company of IAD or OPR, keep your trap shut and your eyes above the neck! |
