So does that mean you got a good gtrade on the paper?  Hope it went well.  Sometimes research topics are not easy.  I did one a few years ago a fuel survey of Idaho's 44 sheriff's when gas first hit $2 something a gallon and all sheriffs freaked out over budget issues.  It was interesting to see some of the replied I received.  And there were a bunch others that I never received which was disappointing.  From looking at the number of replies, hopefully you had some good stats and answers to work with.
