Needing help with a Crazy Neighbor - Hickory Flat, Mississippi 38633

Posted about 3 years ago I'm needing help/advice on how to get rid of an annoying neighbor, Albert, everytime this idiot notices me pulling in my driveway, he will quickly jump in his car then pull-up beside my driveway and do a burnout just to be annoying I suppose. Thing is, the local cops have been on Albert's case for a while yet it doesn't seem to have any affect on him... if anytihng it makes him worse. Even the trailer park owner, David Burks 662-316-1583, can do nothing with this moron. This has been going on for over a year now... any advice is greatly appreciated. Sincerely,

| Posted about 3 years ago You know by posting photos with your hous, car and land around it, someone could easily come into this thread and poke around. Then they know where you live. They could also call the trailer park owner and ask where the trailer park is located. I poked around in Wikipedia. Hickory Flat has a population of about 565. Someone in the surrounding area could come on here and know where you live and do mischief on your property. Michael Vick |

| Posted about 3 years ago @trace1: It started over a year ago when he first moved in over there - he would play his music loud and the bass in his car would set off all the truck alarms - everyone started calling to cops on him and his system was confiscated. A month or so later he buys a used crown vic. that was a police cruiser and goes around imitating the police - had the scanner, ext. mic, siren, lights and squawker going all the time. They booked him several times for that and confiscated it also. A few months later (Aug 2008) I complete the Gen Lee and all the neighbors love it (except for him).. so I become his 'target' so to speak. See the pattern? No one likes this idiot yet they can't seem to get rid of his arse. Sincerely,

Any home can be seen on online maps. You need to know where one lives to do that, though. You are giving information to enable someone to find it using programs like CityData Wiki and Google Maps. Michael Vick |

The Hickory Flats Police Department hasn't done much or ANYTHING in regards to the above posted incident(s)? Since I'm not from MS and not familiar with the state laws and any local ordinances I really can't give you any legal advice. But yes, I'm starting to see a pattern...
