we had a guy that had some kind of medical issue and had to be rushed to the hospital. so we released him with a warrant. two weeks or so later he was released from the hospital (he still had a warrant with us) and came to the jail to pick up his property.

I was working in the pod right next door, i stepped over to assit the Deputy working the pod. The medical issue was he acutally had a sezuire on the top bunk and fell strait forward and his upper forhead was the first to hit the ground. He was messed up pretty bad and non responsive so E.M.S. Responded and he was life flighted within 20 minutes..   His charge was very minor and the fine was only a couple hundred bucks

This happened before the incident you just described. i know which one your talking about and its a similar but different case.  the guy that had the seizure still has not been released from the hospital.

to clarify what happened after he came to get his property - he was re issued a new set of greens.
