| Posted over 4 years ago There is only one James Bond and that is Sean Connery. Of course you have to meet the original James Bond, was stationed with him in Japan and again in Monterey. He had a nice yellow Porsche, his plates read JB - 007, that was James Bond, LtCdr, MC, USN. Agreat guy to work with. | Posted over 4 years ago Daniel Craig is good, but the all time 007 has to be Sean Connery; he made the character what ii is today. The worse has to be Roger Moore. He should have stayed with the Saint. |

| Posted over 4 years ago Connery was awesome, and I liked Pierce, but Daniel Craig is my favorite, I was skeptical of the "Blond Bond" but I think he is doing a great job of capturing the essence of Bond. | Posted over 4 years ago Daniel Craig has been my favorite so far, and I own every last one of the James Bond movies and have read most of Flemmings works on the James Bond character. While I am a big fan of the entire series, Daniel Craig is more like the "everyman" of the books. He isnt classically handsome, he isnt above being beaten up, he bleeds, he can be tortured half to death (as LeChiffre did in the book Casino Royale), and he can fall in love and be hurt. Alot of that has to do with the Bond franchise taking a turn away from the campyness of the Brosnan era Bond movies to a more gritty, violent, and frankly "darker" turn of the last two movies.....which display a very "flawed" (hence human) James Bond. I like it...alot. And Daniel Craig is by far the most athletic and intense James Bond there has been. And further on that note, I really like the choice of Jeffy Wright as Felix Leiter as well. I hope they team up more in the future Bond movies. |
