Posted almost 6 years ago Anyone know of forums that are LEO only? Interested in light banter/war stories/etc. Looking for those who are not offended easily or sensor their stories. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago You're welcome. I enjoy checking out the different sites. It's been active here recently, which I appreciate-- good for discussion, to get lots of voices in the mix. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago I read your post about SWAT. Either you're a veteran police officer or you think like me. I also think SWAT is extremely boring because the amount of paperwork, training time and down time between calls, not to mention the cancelling of a tactical breach or extraction as late as seconds before breach. I believe all officers with the powers of arrest that answer calls should be tactically trained. I have been accused of having "superman syndrome" for not calling out swat to serve our divisions warrants but in my area (we are not in a large metropolitan area like NY) by the time the team is assembled the drugs have been moved. Fortunately both myself and my agents have been tactically trained so we can effectively run the warrants without compromising speed, stealth or surprise. Also thanks for the tip on "NYPD Rant". I won't be posting in here often -- not enough cops. The posts I do make are deliberate. I just wanted to see what negative responses I would get from the peanut gallery. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago speforums.com is a good site. They have alot of unedited videos, but you have to register to see them. Trooper Randal Veders shooting is on the site, very hard to watch. | Posted almost 6 years ago Before you could go to youtube.com I think they removed most of all of them though.....if they didn't I wouldn't recommend going there and watching some people I swear have no souls I watched one of a officer being in a shoot out and dying and reading some-one comment on the video saying "serves that pig right thats another one down" |
