Posted about 6 years ago I hope their parents gave them what-for! What sort of penalty would juveniles get for something like that? Something needs to happen to open their eyes to what a shameful thing they did.

Posted about 6 years ago They probably get their anti-military attitiude from their parents anyway, so I doubt they'll get disciplined. If the youth of today are the future leaders of tomorrow, I fear for our future. it'd be great if they get sentenced to a Juvenile bootcamp for 6 months & the instuctors are former marine DIs, they'll hook em up real good!

Posted about 6 years ago Make them wash every uniform damaged then clean and maintain every head stone of every veteren in the area for 5 years..... All thats is needed for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.

| Posted about 6 years ago nah, I like the Parris Island idea myself. I'm not former military but my parents are and they raised me and my brother old school. Nothing like a Parris Island wakeup call. I can just envision it now....R. Lee Ermey walking in....yeah baby!! As for me personally, the boot camp would work good, but also, make them walk the line at Arlington National Cemetary and show them that they missed these guys and gals here in their egg throwing. Make them realize that the folks that lay in rest there, are also folks that gave their lives so that they could have the freedom of being able to do what they want.

Posted about 6 years ago I would also want to ask them what they have done for anybody that makes them so superior and puts them in a position to dismiss the heroic sacrifices of others. Go ahead, "hero", tell me why you should have MY respect!

Posted about 6 years ago This is a shame, but is nothing new. Whenever someone complained about juveniles in a case we were involved in I would just say "look at the parents...that's where they get it from." My five-year-old says yes, sir and no, sir. If he can be respectful, certainly older kids can too. The problem is the parents...we have a lot of people who are mothers and fathers (although fathers are often out of the picture), but they are not true parents who raise their kids to be respectful and know right from wrong.
