Great idea! I would jump on this. Even being a married man with children, they would have to come with me. It could be a learning experience for them as well.

I would try it only if it requirred working with the family members here on P/L. Alot of good relationships seem to have been made here over the wire. It would be cool to meet and work with you guys/gals.

Why don't you get in touch with colleagues from Scotland or Ireland, and organize a program ? There's bound to be some there that would like the idea and set something up.

In my enthousiasm I didn't realize that Holland isn't on top of the list ........bugger :-)

Interesting thought, I think I would be interested both in a domestic as well as international.

I agree on this

Hi, I was just googling "Police exchange program" and came across this website / formum. I'm a Belgian Police Officer (Inspector) with a local police department, known as Police Zone "MINOS". Even though this thread's last reply was three years ago, I'm still very intrested in this program.

When I'm on a trip in a different country, the local police always draws my attention. I'm always wondering how they would react if I would adress them and ask them about their experience and how they work in general.

It would be great if you could combine your vacation with some police exchange.
