Posted over 5 years ago I am finishing getting certified as a C.S.T. My department is asking me to browse and buy some new equipment. Is there any seasoned officers out there that might be able to give some insight on what to look for in new equipment. Primarily looking for some Audio/Video equipment, such as DVR systems, Computer Forensic Programs for them etc. Thanks in advance for your input. |

| Posted over 5 years ago Can you tell me what kind of training and courses you went through for the C.S.T. certification? I am also interested in getting into crime scene investigation. I am taking classes online for a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in CSI, and I am also waiting for my application to go through with the Houston PD. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. |
