Hello,

I have a question in regards to POST certified programs. I've noticed that many states out source for some types of training. A few martial art gentlemen have created a syllabus for law enforcement and within their particular state their program has been POST certified and trained at the Academy. My question is how does an individual go about doing something like that? Besides having the background what would the process and POC's for various agencies be?

Thanks

In Minnesota you have to submit your lesson plans, qualification, and curricula vitae to the POST board for approval..

I would guess that each POST Academy would have a POC or a director of operations of what have you to send this info to. I'd love to get the names of a few POC's and send them a package to see if it would meet their needs.
