You are correct. They do not apply. Given the little info we have, I don't think the so called "correct answers" are the best choices. |

| Posted about 3 years ago While "B" is not a bad answer, I in real life would not contact the complaintant after the music was turned down (unless it was requested - not in the senerio of yours). They aren't called complaintants for nothing, if you contact them they usually will complain about most everthing. I guess my future as an LEO (and yours as well Scurge) isn't looking too good according to these test makers LOL. |

Haha. I think I will just write in my own answer for every question. I bet they will love grading that one. Then again, maybe I will stand out. Nah, they will just say I can't follow directions and show me the door. |

| Posted about 3 years ago The scenario did not specifiy the history of the residence so I based my response as if there was none. Celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary kind of suggested there was none as well. But I think you may correct Cass that last 12 yrs of my life may have been a waste of time since I don't think writing up the more expereinced generation on a noise complaint. Perhaps I am a bit old fashioned in that those who can stay married that long are entitled to being cut a sprout. This day in age where few take marriage seriously and seek a divorce because I don't know why just cause. |

| Posted about 3 years ago There have been plenty of good answers to this but I thought I would add my own 2cents. JMHO, I don't think you should answers questions on the oral board interview the way YOU think THEY want to hear.
Police44 says ... The answer I think the oral board would want to hear would be 1. The reason why I would say 1. Is because you are not going to write him a citation for speeding because he was rushing his wife to the hospital, but the expired registration has no excuse. 2. I don’t think is the correct answer because it does not even give the man a warning it just for gets about the entire violation which I think is wrong. Patience is a virtue

| Posted about 3 years ago Well, I am so glad I never had to do this oral thingy ......... Depending on how close the emergency room is let em go or call an ambulance. Do NOT put them in your car !!!! Are you going to SEARCH a woman in your car having a baby and her husband, who will be mentally impaired? If you do, you will never have to worry about any kind of a review board! Ask them to turn it down, a neighbor is complaining. Do not ID the neighbor(s).
