Posted almost 5 years ago My buddy is looking at going to Boston this fall and was wondering what besides the usual tourist traps is there to do for him and his wife to do for a week.
Places to go, Things to See, Places to eat and such..
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks |

| Posted almost 5 years ago If he is going this fall then tell him to rent a car and go up north towards NH and VT and ME and see the foliage changing colors. Also, Quincy Market, Hancock tower, Old North Church etc. The town I lived in most of the time is north of Boston and has a alot of the old textile mills nearby. The whole area is full of history, the beginnings of the USA. Boston of course has a lot of restaurants, I would recommend the North End, Italian! Certified wiseacre. Proudly serving since 1986.

| Posted almost 5 years ago that would be the WORLD SERIES WINNING RED SOX TO YOU. Oh and past the front entrance to fenway there is/was a McDonalds we would go eat at and watch fights at the gay bar next door. Vans would roll up and a bunch of guys would pile out and beat up on the gay guys and get back in the van and leave. Hey I was a kid and it was free entertainment. I'm not bashing anyone at all so don't be offended but hey a fight is a fight. Pain is weakness leaving the body. Obstacles are what we see when we take our eyes off the goal. |

| Posted almost 5 years ago Boston is nice. There's a lot of different things to see and do there. An hour north is Salem, they can see the witches :) Seriously, they decorate that town really big in the fall. They might just see me there.. hee hee |

They only won 8 of the last 10. They were also had the best record in baseball last year after the All Star break. They are just starting a little earlier this year. Salem is a great place to visit so do not miss it. By the way the Sox are 5 and 5 over the last 10 games. don't see them dominating much lately. |
