Posted almost 5 years ago Gov. Bill Ritter (D-Colorado) signed a bill today making Colorado public restrooms unisex. This is to cut down on discrimination based on sexual orientation or identity. It would LEGAL for a grown man to walk into an elementary school girl's bathroom and use it. It would be ILLEGAL for the school to interfere with him going in there Broncos Nation |

| Posted almost 5 years ago That is pure stupidity. Its like giving sexual predators and molesters permission to get the jollies off in public restrooms! In God we trust...all others we run through NCIC |

| Posted almost 5 years ago AND if you argue against such garbage you are labeled "homophobic"!
Not only are child molesters smiling but rapists as well and can you imagine trying to arrest a flasher in a restroom what a perfect defense! T.G.G.

| Posted almost 5 years ago There is no reason for a grown man to use a girls bathroom in an elementary school. It's giving the rapos and pedophiles a free pass. We're holding the door open for them and saying "have a good time!!" Outrageous. |

| Posted almost 5 years ago This very thing happened to me just a few months ago. I was in the women's restroom at a local library when a man comes walking out of the stalls. it took me a few minutes to get over the shock. Never Underestimate the Power of a Kind Word or Deed. |

I would have screamed really loud and for a long time even if I didn't feel threatened by him. That way he would feel really embarrassed when people came rushing in. Maybe he would think twice of doing it again. |

This world is getting sicker and sicker by the day. Funny how all the criminals/deviants have all these law to protect their demented ways. |

I believe CA passed the law that restrooms in public buildings (schools, courthouse, librarys, etc) are all unisex. Never Underestimate the Power of a Kind Word or Deed. |

| Posted almost 5 years ago I can see this on a single for one restroom with a lock on the door- but in every public restroom that serves many. WTF are they thinking? If some dude went into the restroom following my granddaughter he would have no nuts left or worse. I guess this is why I never followed my dream of politics- I have common sense and respect for others. |

| Posted almost 5 years ago That's just sick. I believe NY has a law prohibiting that as well, under the public health law. "People sleep peacefully in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf. " |

| Posted almost 5 years ago And here I was thinking we had some pretty silly laws over here...... Allthough I think it's stupid (to say the least), it doesn't change the fact it is still a crime to rape or molest. Doesn't matter where it's committed. I'd still yell the person's ear's out of function, though.
and your point is....? |

| Posted almost 5 years ago Glad I don't live in Colorado or California for that matter. But it is only a matter of time when I end up seeing something like this way down here in the Heart of Dixie. For once something as of this makes it somewhere else it will set the precedence for others to follow. "Learn from the mistakes of others. You can't live long enough to make them all yourself." - Eleanor Roosevelt |

OK, I'm gonna go out on a limb here.... I'm betting that the Govenor is MORE worried about "sexual discrimination" than sexual ASSAULTS. Stay tuned folks, I'm sure that the next really brilliant piece of legislation will be something like issuing licenses to criminals to give the State more revenue and grant permission for the misunderstood, underpriviledged urban city dwellers to commit burglaries. Too many youngsters get their hands on firearms without proper supervision. Keep your guns secure from ALL unauthorized persons! Lets stop burying children - PLEASE (jal.fast@yahoo.com) |

| Posted almost 5 years ago Personally, I'd like to continue going on with the belief that women never "toot". Seperate bathrooms have been around for the ages. I'm fuly for the family bathrooms I've seen in airports for parents with their child to use, but completely unisex just has bad news written all over it. |

If any man walked into a bathroom, and I had a wife, or daughter in said bathroom. That would be that man's last mistake.
I don't give a rats ass if a man claims he's a woman because he "feels" like a woman. Or if a woman "feels" like a man. You either have an outie or an innie, and that doesn't change. That governor needs a swift steel toe up his $%( Red blooded right wing Christian, anti-hippie nutjob. Any questions? An unarmed man is a subject, not a citizen. | Posted almost 5 years ago I go to my kids schools quite frequently for different activities, class parties and I speak to the classes a lot about our profession and things such as summer safety, bike safety, and all sorts of other things. Thankfully NJ doesn't have a unisex bathroom law. Frankly I wouldn't care if they passed one tomorrow- if I see a grown man walk into the girls room at one of my daughter's schools, especially with one of my daughters in there I can guarantee one thing- he won't be coming out on his feet and he won't be upright, I don't care if there were a "unisex bathroom" law or not. That is absolutely insane and your governor should be given 100 lashes with a wet noodle for that idiotic logic. I hope the voters of your state boot him in the next election. Police work- the greatest show on earth and my team always wins!!!

Amen to that.
They did the same thing recently in Montgomery country, MD. And now, here's the kicker: The lobby who initiated the request for the ruling to make all bathrooms unisex, is pressing a lawsuit to try and stop the citizens of the county from being able to repeal the new law with a vote. Taking away their democratic rights! Personally, that's full-scale oppression right there, and if I were a citizen in that county, it'd be war.
1] No man will ever, EVER walk into a bathroom with MY wife or MY daughter, if they enjoy living. Do our families have the right to privacy, safety, and freedom from rape anymore? My guns say yes, yes they do. 2] Any politician to create such dangerous and foolish rules, needs to be shot for treason, and endangering the public. 3] Trying to remove our right to vote on the issue? That's literally a violation of our Constitutional rights. The group bringing forth the lawsuit to stop the citizen vote, is in need of a good arse woopin'. Red blooded right wing Christian, anti-hippie nutjob. Any questions? An unarmed man is a subject, not a citizen. Protect your rights, carry a gun responsibly.
