Besides Credit Reports is it possible to see what law enforcement agency see when they conduct there own background ?

No, Agencies do a criminal History as well as a NCIC check. NCIC checks are watched by the State Police and documented. You have to have a reason to use that system and the public has no access to it. Depending on what state you are in you can do a simple crimial history report by going to the local clerk of courts or if the county have a web site you can access on line. But to try and do an indepth back ground, then NO you can't do it yourself. But you should know what is in your background.
