I am a Rookie CO 1 working for a State institution. Through our training at the academy & hard skils... would that be considered CPOST Certification or the regular POST Certification? I've been trying to get info on this for a couple of days but this is the only forum that has activated my account within seconds. I do know that are some differences in the training of a CO & a PO. I'm just curious.

I found info on this by searching random things. It popped up a bill that crossed the missouri house of reps & senate in 2003. It talks about appointing 2 CO's to the POST commitee. The the article, if not the link, should be on my profile page
