training will save your life. I am an instructor and must preach it. However, in todays undermanned agencies the minimum is usually all the officers can get.

we are lucky here in UA...we have one of the best training officers in the nation...we also have scheduled quarterly training and we focus on a new roll call training topic each week....yet we still have officers who complain

Training is a very important part of our job. We are lucky enought to be allowed a 10 hr. training day a month. There are alot of agencies by me that have to scrape for training time.

This attitude makes me sick. We can't get any extra and have to do all that we can online throught the TCLEOSE website just to keep up with the mandated training. I'd love to have oportunities like this but their are whining loosers taking up spots that others would give their left.....um, hand to get. Move out of the way and let the ones that want to work, learn, and train do the job that you take for granted and gripe about.
