Has anyone found it cooler wearing UA t shirts rather traditional cotton T's under a vest?

Absolutely better, plus it has a more slimming effect lol. Seriously though all I use in the spring and summer is UA.

Well I typically by the cheaper knock offs of UA. I ain't gonna to spend that much on undershirts. But I like them a heck of alot better than t's. T's bunch up under the vest real bad.

Under Armor if your a Nerd, Wal-Mart brand if you want the same thing for much less. My wife bought me one of the Under Armor shirts and I sent it back and am now suing them for false advertisement, It didn't make me look anything like that buffed out dude in the adds!

Nope. I've never had my vest slide wearing UA (or cheap walmart knock off...I have both) They are great, in fact, I found them to be pretty comfortable in cold weather too. Not too cold, but...

I have been wanting to try the UA for awhile, but I really like my black Wolverine brand tshirts that I paid 3 dollars for....the neck stays crisp on them, and they match the uniform really well. Right now its cold, so I wear a turtleneck anyway....thick cotton for warmth....but summer will be tshirt time. My partner swears by the Wal-Mart UA knock-offs though....

Rileyday86: here is a link for white v-neck UA shirts. The first one is for heat gear v-neck and the second is a list from galls.com with more UA v-necks

Hey Riley, the links didn't work right. Just go to galls.com and click on apparel/uniforms. Then click on Workout Wear & Undergarments. There you will find the Under Armour V-necks in white.

I've used both Cotton and Wal-Mart UA knockoffs. Depends on what's clean and ready to go!

I'm sure the guys that work in hot weather and have been over seas can vouch for it much better than I can in the northeast, but I do wear them and enjoy them much better than the cotton for hot days, especially with dark uniforms, and also working with a K9. Now if they could come up with something to have portable AC between the vest and the UA we'd be all set!

we have "cool cop", it's a hose that goes from the AC vent to the inside of ur vest, but they do need to invent something portable.

I can't find women specific v-necks but you might find something at the Under Armour website.

I have that for my dog, but it would be nice when your running with him on the street or working with him outside in the woods.
