Anyone here use or have used Adidas GSG9 2 boots?

http://www.shopadidas.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2434910&shopGroup=R&cp&keywords=boot&searchId=20734915221&parentPage=search&colorId=

I'm looking to get some real light, comfortable, cushy boots. I walk and stand all day just about in the jail and I've used Nike Goapaths but they aren't comfortable to me. Using my old Magnums now but... obviously they aren't the best.

Any tips? I hate to spend mad amounts of money on a boot that isn't going to surfice or if it's going to fall apart in a short time.

http://www.rangerjoes.com/boots-black-ripple-sole-p-3129.html (These are the most comfortable boots for females.) I know since I had to wear boots for 15 months straight… every single day. They are light weight but allow your feet to breath.

I've been wearing men's boots for quite some time. However, that looks like it might work. I just might have to try that one out. Thanks.

I use TASAR's from QMuniforms.com I love the ankle support and they are very lite weight. I am on my feet for approximately eight to ten hours and I do not hurt anymore. I just bought my second pair (the first pair lasted almost two years of almost daily use). The cost is up a bit $80.00, but for the price and the durability of the shoe you can't go wrong.

No problem, glad I could help, they are super comfy for me. Also another alternative is jump boots. They conform to women's feet better than the average boot shape.

Check out Bellevilleshoe.com, I've had a pair for 2 years. They are made just like Danners, just $100 cheaper.

TejasTRex... We just went to the Matterhorn Boot #1997 which is the men's boot. I THINK that they also make a woman's boot which would be the #1950. They are 10 inch field boots and they are very comfortable. PA State Police field tested them for 18 months or so and had ONE complaint which was trivial. The PA State Police is a small agency, (16 Troop and 5 Area Commands, 16 Troops with 90 stations) and they love the boot. It really isn't that expensive, about $200.00, if you think about the longevity of the boot. I got tired of buying boots for $120.00 but then they only lasted for 2 years. They are a good company who also makes the legendary Cocoran Jump Boot.
