Larry, aka "bubbajeffcoat",

You would do well to stop, take a deep breath and evaluate what you have posted here on this site. We are a group comprised of talented LE professionals and military personnel. We are pretty good at what we do.

If you have been less than forthcoming in your postings, perhaps even embellishing your past because of a sense of anonymity, then now's the time to straighten things out. If you have emotional or mental health issues, you may want to seek professional guidance and assistance.

In any event, if I do not see any type of correction, modification or other clarification, I believe we are all convinced you are less than truthful and will be removed from the site.

*This is your amnesty moment.*

I suggest you take it.

The floor is yours.

Mr. B, if your situation is true and as disturbing as it sounds, then you will not find your answers here. This is a LEO site and I am sure there are local social agencies near you that can provide you assistance. I think you know this, and if you are trying to mess around here, your treatment will continue to be harsh and eventually your exit will be swift. Consider yourself warned and good luck with your issues....

Amnesty has passed since the inconsistencies appeared AND were noted hours ago .. now over an hour since THESARGE has been polite, so unless he's sleeping on WA time, I believe prima facta evidence has been established he isn't honorable since the errors haven't been corrected

Thanks Nikk.

OK Jeff, I worked near Ft Hood for too many years. My opinion in my early LEO years there I had a low opinion of the military at the time. 90% of my arrests were military. From General to privates from 2nd AD to 3rd FFA, forgive me in the acronyms are incorrect, I never served in the military.

The worst time and the most fights I had was during the 1st gulf war. Reservist were stationed at Ft. Hood and they thought that they owned the city and refused our courtesy of cab back to barracks and chose jail.

The crap we got from the military was disgusting for arresting the soldiers.

I left that pd and I am now in another one and here on PL I have gained a new and reverent respect to the people here that are in the military or have served. I am honored that they protected me and the professionalism that they show here.

I have no idea is you are faking your profile but I trust the people that have asked simple question that you refuse to answer as correct.

You disgust me for faking your military profile if you have. The very least if you are telling the truth, I am saddened you have not explained properly to the them.

OK Vent over.

Go to military.com and look up Sgt. Larry I. Jeffcoat. Same ribbons, same unit citations, same units, same years of service and same current assignment. I confronted him about this and he denied he was ever on the site. I guess all of this is just a coincidence? Plus he has a US Presidential Unit Citation, a Korean Presidential Unit Citation and a Phillipine Presidential Unit citation but none of that really makes me suspicious. What makes me suspicious is he is a sergeant and can not spell his own rank! Now that is incriminating as it comes!!!!!! AND BESIDES THIS HE PUT THE PROFILE IN BECAUSE WITH MILITARY.COM THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PUTS IN ONE WHICH HE DOES NOT HAVE AND YOU CAN UPDATE& PUT IN YOUR OWN! Now JD has me wired!

Sgt in one place Spec 4 in another hell he'll be a Major next week!! Have a question for the Army guys here. Can an Individual wear the award presented to a unit they are in even if they had not even been born when the award was received? Reason I ask this is in the Corps if you weren't with the unit during the period for which the award was presented you don't rate that award and better not wear it.

If that was the case in the Corps My chest isn't big enough to hold them all. I was in many different units and attached to at least as many to augement .

I don't believe you can but I don't know for sure. Beside, I was with a candy ass outfit in Nam and it didn't get any unit citations. The best I got in my two years was the Good Conduct Medal which was a questionable call anyway!

Thanks for the answer. In one of his post he states he wears some of his awards to honor his unit or some such nonsense.

i have posted my certificates so you could see them, the three Army Commendation Ribbons i worded wrong and i apoligize i will reword it.the purple heart i earned on sept. 1,2006 at 0130 in mosul, iraq while traveling to an area for an overlook point,my vehicle was hit with an IED which was placed in the side of the road.i lost my gunner in that blast so i really dont like disrespect on that. i have already dealt with the death of a great friend.the ribbons worn on my uniform that i have earned are as follows presedential citation, valorous unit award, the other three i am proud to wear for my unit.the second set is as follows the purple heart, the army commendation medal, army good conduct medal, national defence medal,GWOT expeditionary medal,GWOT service ribbon, army service ribbon, army overseas service ribbon..i apoligize for any inconvience this may have caused you

What!? I don't know because I have been out a while but I thought you could only wear awards that you yourself received or did I read that wrong.
