Posted almost 6 years ago I want to go to academy and I found one in Independence, MO. It's at Blue River, has anyone gone there or know about it? Is it a good one to go to? Are there any others I haven't found in or around that area? Any help is appreciated. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago Blue River is as quality academy as there is around here. We use it for inservice and continuing ed, and have hired a few officers fresh out of that academy. There is also a police academy in St. Joe Missouri, haven't had as much luck with that one, but you only start learning how to cop after you are hired. Luck to ya. |
