Best way to go for CID. This computer can be used in combination with a docking station. While at the office, have it in the docking station with an external monitor and keyboard. When on the go, just pull and run. I am a die hard HP fan, own three of them. Starting to transition to them at work.

HP's are nice but they do tend to load up slower. I own one but it is not in my car, for the simple fact that I do not have a squad car yet. I would sugest it only because I am used to using one and they seem nice.

I actually have a Toshiba Laptop. The HP Pavilion dv9500t Series is close enough. The laptop is a good tool for Law Enforcement in the vehicles.
