With the exception of department issued ammo for my primary sidearm, I carry nothing but Cor-Bon in all of my personal, off duty and secondary firearms. Great stuff!

Federal Hydra-shok is my preference, but Cor-Bon is good.

Great ammunition

Corbon ammo is one of the best if not the best. It is a hot load but meets standards for any modern firearm in good condition. It comes in bullet weights for 40 cal of 135 grain, 155,165 and 185 grain. Some police experts prefer the super hot 135's believing they are best for shocking power. On the other hand, forensic pathologists say that the heavier bullets are a safer bet. Giving the 12 inches plus penetration needed to reach vital organs etc. I chose the 165 for penetration and its 1000+ FPS speed.

Use to carry CorBon, but it is very hot. My HK USP did ok, but if you are going to carry it, you should shoot it for a while to get use to how it shoots. I stopped using it as duty ammo after some concerns about its ability to penetrate and hold up to how hot the round is.

Had enough faith in Corbon to carry in my sidearm while in Alaska fishing.

The Cor-Bon DPX is an excellent round in any caliber. With the Barnes solid copper bullet it retains 100% bullet weight. Expansion is great and very consistent. Recovered bullets open into 6 or 8 leaves if you will. I can only imagine the damage these spinning blades would do.

I KNOW PETER SR. WELL, AND REMEMBER HIM WORKING EXTENSIVELY WITH A PARTICULAR FEDERAL AGENCY TO DEVELOP THIS SPECIALIZED AMMO FOR DRUG INTERVENTION TEAMS. HE ONCE TOLD ME, IT'S LIKE HAVING A .357 MAGNUM, ONLY 18 TIMES OVER, IN MY GLOCK ! I'VE BEEN SOLD EVER SINCE.

This company produces a rounds called the power=ball. Excellent round.

CorBon .45ACP 230 grain +P is my preferred load for my 1911. I trust my life to it. Expensive compared to other JHP's, but WELL worth the price. You can NOT go wrong with CorBon.

I like CORBON ammo.

Their DPX line is probably my preferred of their lines.
