Caliber: 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Win.) Action: Fully accurized Remington Model 700, blueprinted to Tac Ops specifications. Custom made tactical bolt knob. Stock: Tango (McMillan Sako varminter, sniper fill) with custom-fitted Anschutz rail. Black and green epoxy finish. Bedding: Aluminum pillar bedding with free-floating barrel channel. Barrel: Tac Ops proprietary chrome-moly or stainless steel Krieger. Barrel length 18 to 20”(specified by customer). Threading for suppressor optional. Cryogenically treated. Recoil lug: Tac Ops precision-ground custom lug. Chamber: Done to match specifications with .001 headspace. Trigger: Standard Remington. Tuned to a crisp 2.25 to 2.5 lb. or to department’s specifications. Accuracy: Guaranteed .25 MOA

    Yes, you read that accuracy guarantee correctly. Chambered in .308 Winchester and built on a custom Remington 700 Action, this is one of the finest Tactical Rifles that I have had the pleasure of owning, or shooting for that matter.

    I have over 1500 rounds through mine and have not had any malfunctions and I rarely shoot a group over .25 MOA. Ok... I shoot over .25 MOA a lot, but that is my fault, not the rifle's. It performs exactly as it is designed.

    Great purchase for any serious marksman, sport or professional. It was worth the other three rifles I had to sell to afford this one :)

    I have the Rem 700 in 300 Win Mag with a Nightforce 5.5-22x65. I would give my rifle and eye-teeth to cuddle this bad boy. I have not heard one negative thing about this weapon. A dream gun.

    IF YOU HAVE BEEN TO ANY SNIPER SCHOOLS YOU KNOW TO LOOK PAST THE PRICE OF THIS WEAPONS PLATFORM. EQUIP THE OFFICERS WITH WHAT IS TESTED TO BE THE BEST AT FITTING THEM AND THEIR ABILITYS A CIVIL SUIT (GOING TO HAPPEN ANYWAYS IF A SHOT IS TAKEN) IS EASIER TO EXPLAIN WHEN TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT IS NOT AN ISSUE. SO PUT IN FOR GRANTS USE DRUG MONEY BUDGET FOR WHAT FITS BEST FOR ALL.

    great rifle--went to sniper school without ever shooting it and by the time i graduated i had won "the candel award"(this is where you shoot out the wick at 50yds in the dark) plus "the most improved shooter"--if you can afford it--buy it!!!
