This is the RMS we ended up leaving when we got Incode. It's unfortuante that we left, but Xpediter just seemed to cause too many problems. We chose no to purchase the upgrade and left to Incode. In doing so, I realized how much Xpediter was an asset to our dept. I could very easily overlook the short comings, which were fixed each time we reported to Xpediter, of Xpediter now after having used Incode. We miss you Xpediter.
Great software and is very user friendly.

Of all the report writing software I've used, this one is pretty damn good. Sure, it's not perfect, but in some cases, I think the problem may be more hardware related than software related.

Great software. No problems with software itself, however Texas changed th traffic collision report back in Jan 2006 and comapny still has not finished the update for the software. This requires us to do twice the work. Hand write the collision report and then complete an incident report on the computer to have a record in the system. Would have given a better score if not for this issue.

This software is simple and easy use; however it has been a headache for our department. Xpediter constantly freezes, and deletes entries. We recently did away with Xpediter and are in the process of using a different RMS.
