This is the RMS system we use. In my person opinion from using it, it is quite lacking. When we thought it was going to be a step up from Xpediter CS, we were wrong. I would not recommend this RMS system to other agencies. Unfortunately, we are stuck with it because it's not ever day the City will give us 20,000.00 dollars to buy a new RMS.
All we can do is hope that the RMS will get better, as we are being told it does as time goes on.

Horrible. Poor choice made by _ _ _ _ in wanting to buy this product. Just goes to show that _ _ _ _ does'nt have a clue as to what _ _ _ _ is doing. Jerk.

WELL LIKE MOST I HAVE TO AGREE AND THIS IS NOT A GOOD SYSTEM.. YES BETTER THAT WHAT WE HAD BEFORE, BUT WE REALLY DIDN'T HAVE A SYSTEM TO BEGIN WITH.. THERE IS SO MANY THINGS I WOULD CHANGE ABOUT THIS SYSTEM... I WASN'T HERE WHEN THEY BAUGHT THE SYSTEM IN THE FIRST PLACE BUT CLUE NUMBER 1 WOULD HAVE BEEN (NEWE PRODUCT) NEVER BUY SOMETHING JUST GETTING STARTED.. LET THEM FIND TUNE IT AND WORK OUT THE ISSUES.. HOWEVER I MAKE DO AND FOR NOW JUST WAITING FOR IT TO GET BETTER...
