this is what we use in our patrol cars and it works great.

I have used STALKER RADAR's for several years. The first time I used the Dual I thought that I had died and gone to heaven. Then came along the STALKER DSR which is two steps above the DUAL. Both units are exceptional pieces of equipment.

Use this product for many years and loved it.

Definately a good radar unit.

We have these in our units and they rock!!! You can clock both directions at the same time, moving or stationary, it has an option that allows you to clock cars appraoching you while you are on a stop and alerts you if one is heading straight for your vehicle! The only thing they lack in compared to older radar systems is range, its a bit short. Stalkers rock!!!

I use the Stalker DSR, which is very similary. Great radar, good range and accuracy. I does double track somewhat at low speeds, but I believe this is common among all radars. My dept. has several of these Stalkers.

I use this product as well at work. This unit really does a good job in traffic control.
Anyway, anything with the name Stalker on it does the job right the first time!

Outstanding radar. I've used the same unit in my last three patrol cars. Stalker really stands by their products and supports their customers during the warranty period. We have 3-4 of these units and they are about 4-5 years old. We bought three of the DSRs and I was supposed to get one of them, but that doesn't look like that's gonna happen. Oh well, I've used the DSR and it is a much better unit but I'm happy with my stalker.

I have used this radar and the Kustom radar unit. This unit was far better then the Kustom unit

Couldnt ask for a better RADAR

As a Sergeant I researched and purchased equipment for the Mendon Police Department. We were the second PD in the state to get one of these radar units. We placed it in our traffic car and it was great. The remote control took some getting use to but had no wires to get in the way.

Awesome radar opp direction and on stationary don't know how dependable on same direction when moving it seems to vary a lot and give far off readings but other than that great radar stationary or opp direction.

This radar unit is standard in all our vehicles. It is very easy to use, and works well in all modes (front, back, moving, stationary). I have made thousands of friends while using this product ;)

Great RADAR! Very accurate.

We have these units in all patrolo vehicles. They have a great option that switches the unit automatically from moving radar when you are driving to stationary when you are parked or stopped. When you are driving and stop at a red light it goes to stationary radar, this allows you to keep both hands free and dont have to manually switch the unit. When you start driving it goes back to moving radar. Highly recomend this unit.

This has the best FASTEST Vehicle in the industry. The only downfall is if its left in the heat on the dash, it will overheat and turn off. No permanent damage just have to wait until it cools down.

It works quite well for our department.

This was good at it's conception, but now that I have my Stalker DSR 2X I'll never go back.

I don't really have anything to compare it to. However, they seem to work fine and we have very little problem with them.

I have used various radars in 19 years. The Stalker is by far the best I have ever used. Right now I have a Stalker Dual DSR. I am getting another car that has the new Stalker DSR that can check with the front and rear antenna at the same time. It is worth the few extra dollars to get the VSS cable option.

I've had Stalker Duals for years, nothing better in RADAR on the market. However, my first love is Pro-Laser 2.

You can't beat a stalker, just not gonna happen.

I've had the Kustom Golden Eagle and now have this. This one seems to be much better and I would take the Stalker over any other radar.

I have used several different radar units over the years and so far this one is definitely my favorite out of the batch. The Python is good also but this is definitely my choice now.

very good radar, can track anyone, any direction. very long range of operation, fast reads and nice detatchable face for easy mounting. best radar so far

This is the radar that we utilize exclusively. We get great service from our rep and the equipment is very good. works well in both directions. The equipment is easy to install and utilize.

I love this unit. I really love the stand by mode. I have stopped numerous vehicles that had radar detectors. DRIVER QUOTE " my radar detector didn't go off until you were right on top of me" Thats because I didn't activate it until I was right on top of you. A lot of drivers still think the radar is in constant activation mode. The unit has numerous features such as stop watch, moving , stationary . you can adjust the volume, brightness . It is just an awesome piece of equipment.

I work on the Florida Turnpike. This radar is ideal for sitting in a U-Turn opening to clock traffic in either direction-especailly at night. I love when violators tell me that I could not have clocked them coming up from behind. I just point to the rear antenna, and listen to them say "Damm".

GOOD RADAR AND I LIKED THE CONTROL BEING WIRELESS

I have been using the Stalker radar with one antenna, like the fcat it has a wireless remote, capable to tracking speed and fastest speed, tracking speed travelling in the same direction.
Our department just acquired a second unit with front & rear antenna, the unit automatically changes from stationary to patrol. No need to fidget with the remote to change the mode to get the speed of your target (ex: stationary, now moving and forgetting to convert). Like the small antenna so that it can be held out the window. Radar unit takes up less space on the dash, therefore leaving less obstruction of view. One downside I have found, the audio is very loud on the lowest level selected.

Great radar unit. It has exceptional range and is the best radar I have ever used. My only complaint is the remote, but it is easy to get use to.

I use this in my patrol unit. Its very dependable. There is no doubt in my mind when I catch a speeder. Never have a problem doing an accurcy check.
