Description:

Well-constructed cousin of the Mossy 590 Compact Cruiser, a tried-and-true military version. Fits well beside most any type auto seat or underneith a bench seat. Smooth pump action feed. Excellent with full-stock, pistol grip or my favorite, the full-stock/pistol grip combo. Top-side thumb-action safety.

I've carried many of these shotguns throughout the years and currently own one with the full stock/pistol grip combination. Durable and reliable, compared to other brands of similar design, I feel the Mossburg 500 gives "more bang for the buck".

Great defense weapon. I really enjoy the add-ons that are available to make this a very versatile weapon.

Carry this one department issued in Patrol Car. Very durable shotgun. Is holding up very well. Our models do not have the pistolgrip though but still very user friendly.

A friends father has one of these as one of his many home protection firearms. I love it, i use it every time im over. He couldn't be happier with it. He got the horrible "gold-type-finish" on it, i think it is tacky as hell, but besides that, its great.

I love this weapon, the weapon fires smooth and doesn't have much of a recoil.

Wonderful, general purpose weapon. I use mine for trap and light hunting. No pistol grip. I paid only $150 for it.

I grew up shooting scatterguns and have owned/fired most everything. I have fired S&W, Remington, Benelli, Beretta, Winchester, and Mossberg, and out of all those shotguns, I would recommend with my dying breathe the Mossberg 500A 12 gauge with a 7-shot mag, full buttstock/pistol grip combo, ported heat shroud, military/tactical sights, with a Picatini rail foregrip on the pump slide. This is by far the sweetest pussy cat of a 12 gauge. I have let my 6 year old niece fire this and she handled it like a pro. Out the door, straight from the box, I dropped a mere $280 for mine, then added another $560 and change for the aftermarket upgrades. When it comes time to take her out to play, I have to fight with my wife over who gets to shoot first. One of the most trusted, tested, and time-proven designs ever made.

Bottom line, YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS SHOTGUN!!!
