Handy little rifle for patrol or tactical use. I personally own one and have enjoyed shooting it on many occasions. My department is currently moving to add some to its inventory. Only drawbacks are the drop in velocity, accuracy, and the high price of many indispensable add-ons such as red dot scopes, quad rails, etc.

Pretty Heavy Duty. This is good weaponry for war in the jungle. "I like a man with a slow hand"-and quick deliverance.

Hey guys and gals ...its easy to use, simple to operate, and coming from a military background...it has more options than you can shake a stick at!!!!! I prefer it with a Surefire light offset and a ACOG mount and let the weapon go for what you know. A Marine's right hand as to his HK left.

I love this weapon. It is one of my favorites. The accuracy is unmatched in my opinion. Shoots very smooth and with very little recoil. It is easy to manuver in tight spaces. After purchasing them for the department I liked it so much I bought one for myself.

Typical Jams you'll see with this Rifle just like all M series military rifles, but the weight ratio is great and accuracy once trained is excellent to 250 yrds.

Excellent weapon I have owned several and everytime I get rid of one, I want another one. I carry a Anvil Arms/Model 1 AR-15 Pistol with a 7.5 inch upper full Magpul Equipped and it is very loud and suprisingly accurate at long distances. CHeck my profie to see pics of mine.

For the price, not a bad rifle. But if you shoot it alot (5-600 rounds a year) be prepared fro problems. We just returned 80 of them becuase of the problems we were having.

Great weapon. Acccurate out to long ranges. Gas operated. Not the same, but very similar to the M16 (many parts interchangeable).

This is one of the best investments i have ever made. the rifle by itself is incredibly accurate and comfortable to shoot. i recently put on a surefire quad-rail system along with a foregrip n it couldnt get much more comfortable to shoot.

1st generation Bushmaster's M4 had some problems, especially when using it continously in short burst (2-3 rounds). I think Bushmaster took care of it after a while. Our SWAT team went to the Bushmaster after our MP5 were getting outdated. They're great close quarter weapons but not good for long range. In the military, the M4 were intergrated with the standard M16 but as I said, they were not great for long range accracy. A scope did help for long distance, the type is up to your own taste.

The listed $900.00 is a low price they have gone up since the first of the year! I bought mine last month for $1150.00 cost with tax but great weapon. I just went through a 3 day patrol rifle school with it and loved it! The best advice I can give is buy good quality magazines! The only malfunctions I experienced were from a cheap aftermarket magazine that created feeding issues.

Superb M4-style carbine. Just as good as a Colt or DPMS for anything other than precision marksmanship competitions, but significantly less of a hit on the wallet. II'm using the flat top A3 model, with EO-Tech as primary sight and flipup iron as a backup. Give me a couple mags of JHP and I will take this weapon anywhere.

Have several M-4 type weapons including Colt and Bushmaster. Have had no problems with either and both are both are quality built. Can't say the same of the DPMS version. All LEO's should have one...
