Ive recently purchased the Inova T4 flashlight after replacing my Streamlight Stinger XT. The difference in quality is second to none. In fact I purchased mine and 3/4 of my Department followed suit. The difference between the two lights is astounding due to the LED lighting system.
Unlike other flashlights the Inova emits a direct beam instead of a reflected beam. When shined into a perps eyes its blinding even nauseating. And as for my streamlight that would need to be charged after each shift weather it was used or not. The Inova is ready to go when you need it ive had my light now for about 5 months and charged it 6 times. The only downfall that I have found with the light is finding a duty holster for it Id prefer a closed top holster but had to settle for an open top holster for the light because it is slightly longer then the average Streamlight. - I promise it to be a great addition to any officers arsenal

I too have gone through many flashlights and found this one to be the brightest and holds a charge for a long time - since it is LED it seems to last longer than the normal flashlight bulbs

One of the best investments I have ever made. I work midnights, and this puppy turns night into day with its brilliant 125 lumens. Twice the burn-time of most rechargeables at about 2hrs, and recharges in 3hrs. If your looking for duty cases for this light check out, they have a nice selection of both open top and closed cases in both leather and ballistic nylon.

I replaced the Stinger with the Inova T4, only because I lost the Stinger. This light is very durable, great battery life, the only problem is that when the battery dies, it dies.. There is no dimming of the light it just shuts off..Not good in certain situations.

I carry this light all for days of my shift, and have to say that is brighter than the cheap department issued lights in the cars. Handy, easy to use, and very very bright light. It will light a car or an entire room if needed. Highly recommended.

It charges fast and the light is the stongest light that I have ever purchased. Holds the charge long and it doesn't die while off the charge even in the coldest temperatures

I bought the Upgraded T5 and can say it's pretty bright and alot nicer than my issued Stinger. However I've been having a problem with the switch. Doesn't want to stay on. I work days, so it hasn't been overly abused. Getting ready to see how good they stand behind their lifetime warranty. I'll repost here when I get it back. Other than that, I would recommend this light.

Department issued flashlight. I like much better than my old stinger. my oly problem with it is, that it gives no warning when the battery dies. One second, lights on, next second, your in the dark.

Just bought the rechargeable one. I had gotten tired of consistently replacing batteries. The led light is so bright and does not dull. The charge gives it 2 hours of run time. There are also three different settings which helps a lot.

Great light. I have just had to send it back and have the whole thing replaced once due to a charger issue. The one I have now is a little aggrevating in the charger but it does well. I love the light if they could come up with a more reliable charger.

This is the best light I have ever had. Mine gives 125 lumen, but the newer models are 170. The main attraction is the lithum-ion battery. You can charge it anytime you want with no memory loss. Use it for 10min and charge. No problem. It will give 2 hrs (I tested it) of full light.

NOTE I have just learned a major design flaw in the unit. The lens is NOTreplacable. The company will replace the flashlight with a new flashlight for 39.99. The unit is soldered together as part of the water resitance. I will replace my flashlight but had I know this problem at the outset It would have been a DO NOT BUY. Hopefuly the company will re engineer to correct this problem. If that is done it will be a great unit. Check before purchase.

I currently have the T4-MP, 175 lumes, it has aas much out put as my maglite and is 5 times smaller. I like the hi-lo function and the strobe. not to mention a 3hr battery life... Great light!

This is, by far, my favorite light so far. The LED bulb is surprisingly bright. The batteries hold a charge for a long time. It's not too heavy. Durable housing and impossible to break. I have dropped it many times with no damage to the unit. I highly recommend this light.

Great light emission for a small compact flashlight. No warning when it dies, though. When the battery goes out, the light shuts off without fading or dimming. Some issues with the charger.

A must have for those of us working the night shift. very little blow back light due to no reflector cone. Easily shines through tinted glass on vehicles.

OK, I have an update to this post. My switch wasn't working well, and I send an email to INova. Their reply, just send it to us and we'll evaluate it.2 weeks later I finally called them and they said they have been having problems with 25% of the switches so they will repair it,,, in 4-6 weeks. No replacement, no loaner, no concerns. I told them to send it back and I'll retire it to the trash and scratch one up for poor customer sevice. Their reply, "We'll fix it and send it back in a week." I won't tolerate rotten service from a manufacturer, so it's going o ebay as soon as I get it back. Great light for the trunk of the car maybe.

Nice heavy, bright light. Very well built and tight. Never any problems with outdoor use and rain won't cause a problem, (and I've been soaked) I carry mine on a tac vest on my off-hand and really like this light. It'll last about a week of midnight use, and a good three weeks of aft/day shifts. Yes,, three weeks and still holds a good charge! Nice bright white light that floods a car interior on traffic stops. Point this at a car, and they see it for nearly a half-mile away. Great straight on, but no good from an angle.
The one issue is that like any LED light, when it is at the end of a battery, no warning, no dimming, it just stops working. It will take a quick charger in an hour or less, but needs three hours for a full charge.

I came across this light while looking for a rechargable flashlight that was compact and put out a
bright light. I am so glad l found this light because l wanted nothing to do with all those other flashlights that use 2-3 of those $3.00 batteries. I bought my first T4 (125 lumens) about 3 years ago and just bought another one of the newer models (175 lumens with high power, low power and strobe feature). I am very satisfied with this light and highly recommend this flashlight to anyone working in law enforcement because its cheap to use ( and that's important when your trying to live on a LEO's salary), its reliable, designed and built well. You can find the newer model for under $100 if you search the web.

The INOVA T4 is awsome. It's light weight and compact. The LED is great because if you drop it will not blowout the LED light the bulb on a Mag Light. Calculated it illuminates approximately 15,000 Candle Power. It's awsome when you got to get out of your patrol car on a foot pursuit, because the light is already on your duty belt and you don't have to search for your Mag Light. The built in Strobe is excellent for an attention getter. Highly Recommended.
