I just began the transition from veteran street cop to instructor. The Modern Gunslinger by US Navy Seal Don Mann is a must read. I consider myself a pretty skilled shooter and a motivated instructor and this book still offered tons of solid information and photos depicting drills and techniques. Great book for anyone going into firearms instruction or just looking to sharpen your gun skills for the street. Its also very motivational with contributions from Lt. Dave Grossman. Found it at amazon.com for $12 - I highly recommend it.
