I personally recommend this light to any night shift officer who finds him or herself in a situation where they need three hands. The light is light weight and fits to the barrel of glock and all weapins with a fitted weapons picatiny rail. It is easy to use and is designed to keep the empty hand clear if needed. The light is extremely bright as I have used it during searches in buildings and in fields in the dark. The TLR 1 comes available with a strobe option if preferred.
