1962 was a good year for knife safety. The Buck 110 Folding Hunter came out. It's gorgeous. It's a high-quality, reliable locking folder. And it's pure Buck. A classic like the 110 with its easy opening and closing with the nail notch lockback design never goes out of style.

I have an original 1962 Buck 110 Folding Hunter. It was given to me by an old man almost 10 years ago. This knife is always with me. It is sharper than anything else I have seen. It opens smooth due to the original brass hing pin. And, I can say that it is stronger than a car hood. I have put it through two of them. This is a classic and it just simply can't be beat.

I have been carrying this knife for so many years I can't remember. I own five of them and have converted them all to automatics. They open lightening fast and lock open better than any other knife I have and I have over two thousand. Great product even without the automatic modification.

I carried this knife on my Sam Brown belt until I retired in 1984. It was easy to open and of good quality. It was given to me by a close friend.
