I USE THIS KNIFE FOR SOME OF EVERYTHING. I HAVE HAD THIS KNIFE FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO SHARPEN IT. BUY ONE IF YOU DON'T OWN ONE.

The smith and wesson S.W.A.T knife is an excelent knife.

great police knife. Have been using it for two years and like the person above me, never had to sharpen it yet. Cuts through anything and great balance.

I have been using this knife for about 4 years and I luv it. I have not had to sharpen this knife at all. It opens just as smooth as the day I first took it out of the packaging. I highly recommend this knife for anyone who is looking for a duty knife (or off duty).

It's priced right and a nice knife but thick... I almost want to drop a star for it. I don't leave home without my Protech TR1 Tanto/partial serated. It's an auto and rediculously fast opening. The button is recessed better than the Smith Autos -they have gone off in my pocket. Bad part about it is you have to add another $100 to the Smith.

I love this knive, it is the best and agian SMITH & WESSON it a very great job agian on ther equipment. Very Well done

Great knife! I have owned this for 5 years. The blade is still sharp! Good size and I especially like the grip. I recently broke the pocket clip. I anyone knows where to get one let me know.

I have this knive in stainless with vented handle. I love it, cuts anything and maintains an edge.

I carry the S&W S.W.A.T. Millennium knife. I use it when I'm at work or at home. It is a very durable knife and fits well in the hand. It is easy to conceal and also easy to open or close. I would recommend this knife to anyone.

I just got mine for X-mas, it is teh best knife I have carried on patrol. Easy to open and the pocket clip is sturdy

very usefull tool..not to expensive, well made. carried one untill it met an untimely death when it fell in the lake

Favorite Knife I've ever had. Holds an edge, easy to open and close with one hand. And the clip has never broken off. I've got two. One off and one On duty.

This is a nice duty knife, easy to open, sharp, and durable. The only problem I have with it is the fact that serrated blades are very difficult (if not impossible) to sharpen. Unfortuately, I didn't find out till after I bought mine that they're also offered in a smooth blade model

I got this knife on sale and I've been thoroughly impressed with this knife. I've never sharpened it and it continues to be sharp after one year of continual use. This was a great buy!

I bought this knife about a year ago. It was much more cost effective that buying a Benchmade. My knife if an auto-opener and I love that feature. The straight blade doesn't hold an edge as long as I would like it to but the serrated portion of the blade will still cut you deep and I have never touched it with a file.

Very durable knife, broke several other brand name ones but this one seems to holding up very well.

This is a nice knife that I carried for years until I got it caught on a door knob during Active Shooter Training and snapped the clip off of it. I still have the knife but no clip so I replaced it with a 5.11 tactical knife that I like alot. The grips are great and the serated edge comes in handy. Well built except the clip

Great knife, I've had 3 of them. The belt clip makes it handy to carry/conceal, and the rubber grip pads help out a lot. The half-serrated, half-straight model is my fav!

Great knife for the price. Black fininsh didn't hold up to well on mine, but fuctionally it was perfect.

I love it although I bought mine the first year they came out, and I have used it and abused it, it's still my favorite. Mine is brushed aluminum not black.

Mid size is the perfect size for your pocket and for your hand. Open and close is very nice once you get use to it.

Great knive - use medium size one, mostly to open gates, but also in case of an attack, p.e. by a mountain lion (easy to open with one hand).

Great knife, I love the Tanto half-serrated, but they're nearly impossible to find now.

I love this knife, I have the tanto bladed version, instead of the drop tip. Although it isn't spring assisted like my other Smith and Wesson knive, it seems to be much more sturdily built.

I'm on my third one since 2000. I lost one in SWAT training and someone else lost the other one for me. Anyways...I will keep buying this knife until I retire.....and then some. I forced entry (legally) through a back door secured with a dead bolt AND IT DIDNT DAMAGE OR BEND THE BLADE!!! Tried and Trued. Get yours today. OMB in Olathe, KS...about $30.

Love this knife. I bought one for my brother. Just a little bit bulky but a good deal.

Good knife, got it as a gift from my Dad. Had it sharpened at the gun show and it still hasnt lost the edge. A tad bit bulky, but otherwise a pretty good knife, i carry it every day.

Had one for over 9 years and has held up very well. By far my favorite of all.

Good sturdy knife it gets the job done. Mine is department issue and I carry it with me, but I also carry a Gerber that I use mainly. Its not as heavy, and keeps a sharper edge.

Great knife overall. My only problem has been that one of the rubber inserts has come loose after a year. Other than that it has been an excellent tool.

Ive carried this knife for about 4 years now. It is the best knife Ive ever had. By now it needs to be replaced because its been sharpened so many times its lost its ability to hold and edge.

They arent very sharp when you first take it out of the box. Once you get a fine edge on it, its a very reliable blade. I have owned some variation of the SWAT knife for the last ten years and consider it a vital part of my equipment

Great knife, opens well, very sharp and holds an edge well. The only drawback is the allen screws that hold this thing together. Keep an eye on them, I lost one somewhere? I recommend removing them one at a time and adding a drop of loctite to prevent them backing out.

The allen at the base of the blade is adjustable, so set it where you want it for opening the blade, it can be very fast, or as tight as you want it.

I am on my third one now. They are such a great knife they keep growing legs and walking away apparently. :) Keeps an edge very well and is easy to carry just about anywhere. Mine is a daily part of getting dressed. Excellent knife and a great price compared to others on the market

I used to use this knife for a seatbelt cutter.. Its great and the rubber handle keeps it from slipping..

Dependable knife, but heavy for it's size.

I love these and the smaller 3 inch versions too... I believe I've gone through about 7 of these and have loved every one of them... 7 cuz i tend to lose them or use the blade for things other than cutting, such as prying and throwing... not a very good throwing knife, but an AWESOME cutting tool. Easy to take down, clean and sharpen too.

I have the automatic version of this knife and I love it! Easy to use, easy to open, easy to carry, all around amazing!

Dulled a little fast, but it is a great lock pick.

This is a good knife i carry it all the time on duty and it has never failed me once. The blade is a good lenght and cuts like butter. Get this bad boy with a quick action button and your set. and the price i found to be only arround $40 bucks!

This knife is my best friend. I have carried it with me everywhere since I was 18. I'm 24 now. I've used it for everything from surgery to trimming trees, and it's never failed me. This is the best knife I've ever owned. I would buy another if this one ever broke, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

I have tried different knives but this is the best one so far. I have owned this knife for about 8 years now and have not had any problems with it.

I have had this knife for the past 4 years. I love this knife's capabilities and durability but after about a year of use one of the rubber grips fell out. I just used some super glue to put it back in and no more issues.

The S&W SWAT Knife was my first folding pocket knife. I got it several years ago in either 2003 or 2004. I still use it to this day. It has since 'retired' being actively carried (I got a Columbia River now) But still sees a lot of use around the house and sometimes with me when I want to carry something small than my CR.

The knife has only been sharpened one time, and has withstood heavy use. It still opens as if the day I bought it. Smooth and easy. I used this knife so much, infact, that the black paint that is on the grip has long since worn. However the blade is still in fantastic shape with very minor wear showing.

Even after all these years, I still trust this knife to do it's intended purpose and is a fantastic tool!

I have four of these knifes including the model shown plus three other types of the S&W S.W.A.T. Knifes, and I highly recommend any of the S&W knifes.

I've had one of these knives since 2000. It's been GREAT. I received a special "Millinieum Run" as a gift from a great LEO friend of mine. I've used and carried this knife for almost a decade and it's got another 10 left in it! Highly recommended!
