Before the Taser, this was a good tool. Now that the Taser is in use in most agencies, Pepperspray and other chemical agents are not high on the list for everyday use. Chemicals are great for crowd control and that is about it.
If you don't carry a Taser, then still use OC.

We use this at our facility uses of force have dropped sine we began to use this inmates do not like it at all I LOVE IT BRING THE PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
