As a Level IIIA body armor product this thing is lightweight and affordable. There are several reviews out there where they shoot the heck out of this thing and it stops bullets like magic. As a parent I can even see the value - given the violence in our schools that we see reported on the news all too often - of providing one of these to my school age children to put in their backpack.
