What is there to say? 16 + 1 the most accurate sidearm I have fired and the gear you get with it alone is worth it!!! Picked up a 3rd mag from springfield for $30.00

Just shot an XD-M 40 this week and I couldn't have been happier. I carry an XD-sc 40 off duty, a Beretta 92D on-duty, and recently picked up a G22 for my SO reserve gig. The XDM handled exactly as I expected, a heftier, smoother version of my XDsc.
Compared the the G22
The XDM has a beautiful trigger pull. Much nicer than the G22.
No malfunctions.
Grip angle is just right. It didn't fatigue my wrists like the G22 after 200 rounds.
Slide stop and mag release are easy to manipulate. Unlike the G22

In my opinion, the best out of the box duty pistol on the market.

This is a phenom of a weapon!!! I absolutely love it. I, unfortunately, had to pay $600 but it was worth every penny. It comes as a whole package. I got a very nice case with it that included a trigger lock, a speed loader, 2 magazines (16 round cap.), a holster, and a dual mag holster! It is a beautiful firearm, and definately passes the out of the box test! The only thing that i did not like is the finish starts to wear too early. However, I don't buy guns for look. It is a great tool!!!

All around functionality and design is an impressive improvement on the already nice Springfield XD! Smooth and flat shooting as can be expected from the Armory and will definitely recommend!

The single most, top notch, handgun that I have ever fired.

Have had mine for about 6 months and LOVE IT! Take it everywhere with me and I've never had any problems. I'm thinking about buying a drop in barrel to change it from a .40 to .357sig but haven't decided on that yet. A great pistol for target practice or duty.

It's unbelievable how much they improved this weapon and kept it affordable. It's a dream to shoot and I can't wait for my first qualification with it. I expect higher scores than ever before, and my history ain't to shoddy. Great weapon.

I carry this also most accurate pistol i've owned. can get exta mags at midway usa for 25 dollars each, just bought two couldn't find them any cheaper.

I LOVE MY XD40, ACCURATE, SMOOTH TRIGGER, EASY TO SHOOT, AND VERY COMFORTABLE.. SPRINGFIELD DID A FANTASTIC JOB WITH THIS WEAPON

What i love about this firearm is how easy it is to clean compared to other firearms i have owned.

I'm no expert but I think this is by far the best hand gun for the money, i love it. It didnt hurt that mine came with three high cap mags either.
