    Sturdy but does not work well for restraining smaller subjects.

    I do have to agree that these are great if you don't need to cuff a smaller person as I have had a female 10-95 hand me mine suring a DUI arrest when I arrived at the station.

    I carry this product as well. Like the first two Officer's said, they don't work so well on smaller offenders. I have found on the smaller subjects, try putting both wrist through one cuff. It has worked for me on some occasions.
