Although the womens Tac shirt is not listed, these are the most comfortable shirts that I have come across in the years that I have been in uniform. The only thing that I don't like is that they fade kinda fast.

I love my 5.11 Tactical Uniform. It holds up well working in the desert and on the highway when I am searching vehicles. The shirt and pants come with foam elbow and knee pads that come in very handy when you are working. I love the pockets and the built in 5.11 system that allows you to carry extra mags and even your backup weapon.
