9x19mm Parabellum. A copy of the Italian Beretta 92F, the US Army designation of the weapon is the M9. Denel geared up or production from 1986 and made its first deliveries to the SA Police in 1988. Delivered to the military from 1989.

    A South African Mfg'd Beretta 92FS... AWESOME!!! These things are identical to the 92's. But in use by South African Personnel and have been for a while so you know they're well used.... yet still in service... sounds like the pre-req's for a 5/5 to me...

    Very good firearm...BUT........prone to jams if not cleaned...........mine is cleaned everyday, lightly oiled and "dry" . Suffers great abuse. Sometimes does not seat round causing slide group not to go fully foreword shots +-50 shots.....but will always depend my life on it............Simple di-assembly and soooooo easy to correct stoppages.
