The Saiga-12 Shotguns is a self-loading smooth bored shotgun that is based on the famous Kalashnikov (AK-47) action.
Very reliable and box magazines make reloads or ammo swaps blazing fast. Can be configured and customized in a variety of ways. Since there is no mag tube barrel lengths can be as short as 8" and the ability to add a folding stock makes it a very compact package.
If that wasn't enough the action tames recoil so the Saiga 12 is very comfortable to shoot.
The Saiga 12 is a great shotgun and is highly recomended.

Outstanding!!!!! 4 round factory mags, 10 and 12 round after market mags, and 20 and 30 round drums. I own the model that the Coast Gaurd has in testing right now. My own has the ace side folding stock, galil charging handle and H&K sights. Excellent to shoot easy on the shoulder and the follow up shots are smooth and consistent. This is the way of the future for LEO.

My personal choice for home defense! I agree that it's reliable, fast, and with box mags you get more bullets for the badguys. I recomend Tapco aftermarket parts. Great for those on a low budget. Buy it stock cheap and add on as money comes along.
