This Lidar unit is extremly easy to use and is ideal for a motor officer due to it's size and weight. It does eat AA batteries rather quickly so stock up.

I really enjoy using this laser unit. Its light weight and easy to use. The range is good and the accuracy is very good. Turn off the back light to make the batteries last longer.

If it is made by kustoms it is good chit. Our in car digital cameras, and all of our radars are made by kustoms. If there is a problem they SHOW UP THAT DAY AND FIX OR REPLACE IT. you can not beat that

I work nights and have used this lidar unit several times. I think it would be best for day time use in heavy traffic. Over all not that impressed. Still prefer my Kustom pro 1000 radar. Happy hunting.

I just started using this unit. Took me a little while to get used to it, but it's growing on me. I would like to see the addition of a neck strap.

Not a big fan of this one, Although it is light weight I found it uncomfortable to use because of the way I had to position myself to get a straight sight. almost had to sit sideways in my car.

A good lidar radar but at long distances one needs some type of support. On the bright side, my unit does a lot of radar details where we are out of our cars and standing on the side of the road. This unit was great for this type of activity. The lanyard was great.

Fast target readings, great range, but at those longer shots, you need to support yourself on part of the cruiser. Overall a great speed measuring device.

Good size and acceptable power consumption. Took getting used to the different configuration (no pistol grip/more like a pair of bino's)
