I have to say I honestly like the ABA Xtreme over the old Safariland Zero-G vests we used to have. The Xtreme is a lot more comfortable, is lighter (IIIa) and has better coverage on the sides.

My only real gripe is the Velcro patches inside the top parts of the carrier that help keep the panels straight. They take a little work to get the panels pack in their proper place because you can’t really see them when placing the panels back in the carrier and they stick really fast. Other than that minor detail this vest is awesome.

I actually wear an American armor Vest, but this is one item I wear religously. Always think of coming home safely every night.....

I love this vest. I've only worn ABA and Second Chance vests. I do like Second Chance, but this Extreme vest is lightweight and fits very comfortably for a level IIIA vest. I recommend this product.
