I found functions of this watch very helpful when out in the middle of a mile section of land at night with no land marks to guide me. Been a great watch and very tough.

I've had one and used it on duty for five years, and in retirement for five. I've only had to change batteries once, but found out there are four batteries to replace. Barometer, thermometer, and altimeter are all remarkably accurate, it only loses about one second a month. Thankfully it remembers which months have 30, 31, 28, and 29 days.

Awesome, I've had my Pathfinder since 2002 and it went over 5 years before I had to replace the batteries. Most durable watch I have ever owned.

Awesome watch. A little pricey, but it's worth it when you're out in the desert at night and you need to get your bearings quick. Love the mutiple time zone function, so I can see what time it is to call my buddies in Germany.

I have the Pathfinder Multiband 5. It's an awesome, slim watch, with every feature you could possibly want (minus GPS).
